Caregiver: Art Therapy Workshop!

About

In honor of Menal Health Awareness Month, parents and caregivers are invited to join Art Therapist, Raja Aossey-Jensen for a restorative art therapy group focused on self-care and reflection. Participants will create a "power word" mosaic to express strength, resilience and hope. No art experience is needed, just come as you are. Kid's will enjoy activities in a separate space.
